Diamond Double Ear Cuff
Part of the Aya Essentials collection, this double ear cuff is the perfect everyday piece to elevate any ear stack, designed to look like you're wearing two earrings. Made from 18k gold vermeil and set with 0.15cts of lab-grown diamonds, wear it alone (no piercing required!) or stacked with the rest of our Essentials earring collection for the ultimate Aya look.
Simply slide on to the top of your ear and wiggle it down your ear until secure.
Our lab-grown diamonds are formed using the CVD and HPHT methods, both processes creating diamonds that are chemically and physically identical to natural stones.

Jewellery Care
AYA jewellery is not only beautifully made but also durable. When looked after with care it will last a lifetime.
General
Please be mindful when wearing your jewellery whilst cleaning, bathing, showering, swimming and exercising. It is also important that no harsh chemicals, lotions or perfumes get in direct contact with the jewellery since strong detergents (especially cleaning products) can damage the gold and some of the softer wearing gemstones. By taking care to avoid the above you will protect your pieces and ensure longer wear.
Storing
- When your jewellery is not being worn, keep the pieces in your AYA pouch or presentation box, which you have received with your purchase.
- Ideally keep pieces apart so that they do not rub together or tangle, particularly diamonds with other stones.
- Try where possible to lay your jewellery flat, particularly necklaces and bracelets.
- Take care not to drop, bash or scratch. Even diamonds, which are naturally occurring hard stones, can get damaged when knocked.
Cleaning
If your jewellery has been worn frequently, it tends to need a little clean. The best way to do this is with a clean baby toothbrush and warm soapy water. Pour some warm water into a small container, apply a small amount of soap to the brush and simply start rubbing. For orders being shipped to the UK or the US all import duties and taxes have been included in the final price so you won’t have to pay for anything additional upon arrival.
For the rest of the world, taxes and duties are not covered by Aya and you may be charged upon receipt. Please check your shipping destinations regulations for duties and taxes for further information as you will be responsible for paying any additional charges that may occur.
Returns
We hope that you will be happy with your order, however should you wish to return an item for any reason please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by email at info@aya.co.uk. Our customer services team will then be in touch to assist you with your return. Please note that shipping, customs, duties, and other taxes are not refundable on international orders.
For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on earrings unless faulty.
